What can one say about Gros Morne National Park?  Just a few hours up the Great Northern Peninsula on the island of Newfoundland, Gros Morne National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Gros Morne National Park is a place to explore, hike and enjoy the rugged beauty of Newfoundland.  Whether it’s hiking up Gros Morne Mountain or taking a boat ride at Western Brook, outdoor enthusiasts will find adventure at one of the most spectacular tourist areas in Newfoundland.

Wildlife is abundant in Gros Morne National Park and visitors are likely to see moose, caribou, artic hares and a variety of sea birds.  Watch the coastline for both whales and icebergs, some of the most spectacular sites from within the park.

Parks Canada has released the following video on Gros Morne National Park.
